Analyst
As an Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the team to design and deliver products and services for our partners. The role will expose you to a wide range of partner portfolios while working with a dynamic and supportive team. You will have three distinct pathways, business operations, partner operations, and learning experience design and facilitation.
You will be involved in the full life-cycle of partner projects - from gathering and analyzing information, researching, prototyping, and developing and communicating recommendations. You’ll assess partner and business operations needs and identify trends and areas for improvement and implement recommendations in collaboration with team members. You will gain new skills and build on the strengths you bring to the organization and receive frequent coaching and mentoring from the team.

The right candidate should be:
A proficient self-leader who is able to manage behaviors in consideration of goals and the needs of self and others, learn new things to expand their capability when needed, and identify opportunities for development.
An effective communicator who can structure communication clearly and effectively, be aware of and adapt to a variety of cultural contexts, expectations, and ways of working, and understand the characteristics and needs of a community and use this knowledge to engage its members effectively.
A self-starter who is able to prioritize ideas and/or action steps, keep track of different workstreams and manage several moving parts.
A critical thinker with a novel, self-directed and effective insights who can work effectively in systems that involve hierarchy and silos.
A young professional with the ability to acknowledge concerns, communication highlights, and points made by internal and external stakeholders, and to adapt behavior and approaches in line with the stakeholders being engaged with.
Important qualifications
The qualified candidate should have:
Education – Recent College/University Graduate
Has at least one year of work experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment, start-up environment, or consulting firm.
Aptitude in decision-making, solution implementation, and problem-solving
Proficient interpersonal and communications skills.
Team player with a cooperative approach to team members.
