As experts at the intersection of strategy and culture, NiaDelta led MEDA’s ACM as a structured yet immersive experience to build alignment, foster engagement, and anchor the team in MEDA’s evolving mission.

Through our CRA retreat model and ELE-VATE facilitation framework, the ACM was structured to connect, align, and energise MEDA’s global team.
