Rufaro Mudimu - Adjunct Facilitator
Rufaro is a social impact strategist and leadership development specialist with over 17 years’ experience designing and facilitating transformative programmes. A Yale World Fellow and Obama Foundation Leaders: Africa alumna, she has worked with diverse audiences — from youth leaders to executives — to build skills, foster collaboration, and unlock potential.
Her career spans senior leadership roles, including nearly a decade as CEO of enke: Make Your Mark (an award-winning South African youth leadership development organisation), and advisory work with networks such as the Youth Development Collaboration Lab South Africa. In her consulting work, she partners with organisations to strengthen strategy, leadership capacity, and operational effectiveness. Rufaro brings a dynamic, participatory approach to facilitation, drawing on expertise in strategy development, leadership training, and cross-sector engagement to create environments where people can connect, learn, and thrive.
