As our name connotes, we at Nia (Swahili-purpose) Delta (Greek-change), are driven by our vision to help organizations make purposeful shifts by creating transformational and impactful experiences. We exist to create environments where individuals and teams are able to develop their fullest potential.
With clients ranging from global foundations, international schools, and government entities, we are a rapidly growing leader in the leadership development, education and culture spaces. In this fast-shifting world, the key to a successful organisation lies in its teams and organisational culture.
Our Story
What would the world look like if every human being was flourishing and doing their best work?
In January 2020, two friends working together on a project in Nigeria, with a shared passion for organisational leadership and people development, asked this very question. They envisioned creating an organisation that enables human flourishing.
With a simple yet audacious hypothesis—It is possible—NiaDelta was born.
Inspired by this vision, the founding team (initially designers and facilitators) built a leadership and organisational culture change consulting firm that was set to design and facilitate corporate culture and leadership development programmes for rising leaders and executives around the world.
